Canada is one of the safest countries on earth, yet there are pockets of our nation where gangs, drugs, guns and extremism claim young lives. We want to reduce the number of youth who are victims of crime, and reduce the number of youth who are involved in the justice system. To accomplish this, a mix of better law enforcement strategies and social service programs are needed.
